Oral Health Education (NEBDN Certificate)

Dental nurse training in Oral Health Education

Ohe-southwest's oral health education course (with workshops in either Bristol or Plymouth) is open to registered dental nurses who have an NEBDN Certificate and two years chairside assistance (but not oopen to those who have obtained it under the 'grandparenting scheme').

The Oral Health Education course runs from October to September and is approved by the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners for 45 hours Continuing Professional Development.

And with the advent of dental nurse registration in July this year, there has never been a better time to study oral health education.

This year's Open Day will be held at our North Bristol study suite on Saturday 5th July (email Liz Hill for further details).

Meet our dental nurse tutors

Our friendly team of qualified tutors, with over 80 years' dental nursing and dental hygiene experience between them, help you progress oral health education roles within the dental practice, and advance your career in the dental industry through dental nurse training.

Let's meet the oral health education team now.
