Dental Nurse Registration - what it means for you!

Congratulations to last year's students - 95% pass rate!

Former students Julie and Lynn describe their new ohe roles

Oral Health in practice - ex-student Helen Mathias talks about life as an OHE

Knowledge in the field of dental health is changing rapidly and there is a great deal to learn. Patients need dental health professionals who have been trained to communicate this knowledge in a way they can understand. This is where the trained OHE comes in.

The General Dental Council has also made the registration of Dental Care Professionals (DCPs) mandatory (from July 2008). As part of registration, Dental Nurses are expected to show Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

"The dental nurse training available to you in this course will enable you to develop your career in your chosen direction. You will improve your knowledge and skills, and become an educator." Alison Chapman EDH FAETC
